Wolverines Cage Wampus Cats 48-14

The Holdenville Wolverines made the trip to Atoka and came home with a 48-14 victory. The outcome of the contest was decided early when the Wolverines put their dominance on display with a 3 touchdown blitz and a 24-0 lead at the end of the first quarter.
The best pass defense is to sack the quarterback before he can release the pass! These two Wolverine defenders put the Wampus Cat quarterback on the ground before he could throw.

Wolverines Ground Eagles 44-0

The Holdenville Wolverine grid iron squad presented their 2026 Homecoming Court with a 42-0 thrashing of the Morris Eagles. Homecoming Queen, Darcy Shepherd sat on the podium of Wolverine Stadium while the Wolverines throughly thrashed the Morris Eagles.
# 89 Hayden Danker handled the kicking duties in the Wolverines win over Morris.

Wolverines Set to Open District Play

The Holdenville Wolverines will play their first district game of the season Friday night when the Morris Eagles travel to Holdenville. The Wolverines are 3-0 against non-district foes and are set to begin their quest for the state championship.

HOLDENVILLE RUNS OVER WEWOKA 62-20

Wewoka came to Holdenville hoping to end a string of lopsided loses to the Wolverines and for a while it seemed that was a possibility. The teams traded scores for a quarter and it looked as though the Tigers had a chance to break the trend. Holdenville scored early and led 8-0.

HOLDENVILLE THUMPS VIAN

Holdenville fans traveled 2 hours to Vian hoping to get a peek at the 2026 Wolverines and they left with every reason to like what they saw. The game was billed as a repeat of last year’s playoffs and a preview of this year’s post season action.
The Wolverine Captains for the season opener at Vian were: # 0 Abe Gomez, # 54 Tristan Denny and # 30 Bo Black. Holdenville won the toss, chose to receive the opening kick-off and proceeded to march down the field and score the first touchdown of the season.
