Cookey Ann O’Donley passed away Monday, June 22nd, 2026, at Heritage Village Nursing Center in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 84 Cookey was born December 10th, 1941, in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Thomas Wesley “Bud” Giles and Maudie Beatrice (Bennett) Giles. Cookey worked as the Office Administrator for the OSU Extension Office in Hughes County. She married Richard O’Donley June 2, 1962, in Holdenville. Cookey loved her children and grandchildren. Her greatest joy was watching their activities and loved being Maw Maw to her grandchildren.

Mary was born January 21, 1938, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, to Jack and Dorothy Archerd. She passed away on June 21, 2026.

Joan Helen Butler, 79, a resident of Prague, Oklahoma died peacefully at her home on June 19, 2026. Joan was born on October 13, 1946 in Holde nville, Oklahoma to Joe Cevis Taylor and Letha Louise Story-Taylor. She graduated from Moss High School in 1964. Joan served our country faithfully for 3 years in the United States Navy where she met her future husband. Joan was united in marriage to Robert John “Johnny” Butler on May 26, 1967.
