Lexxi Goolsby is the Holdenville High School Scholar Athlete of the Week. Lexxi is on the Superintendent Honor and is a multisport athlete at HHS.

Basketball Season Resumes Essentially there’s 4 parts to basketball season. The season begins with scrimmage season, then pre-Christmas season, then post Christmas Season and finishes with the most important Play-off season.

The Wolverines had a successful football season! And, the more successful the season, the more players receive post-season honors. Thirteen Wolverines have been selected to receive All-District Honors.

WOLVERINES HAVE GOOD WEEK The Wolverines are improving! Which is what everyone predicted would happen when Holdenville Coaches had a chance to work with their teams!

The Holdenville Wolverine basketball teams had some growing pains in their first week of the 2025-2026 basketball season. The Wolverines are young and the opening week’s schedule was filled with really good teams.

The Holdenville Wolverine boys’ team traveled to Wewoka on Tuesday and although they didn’t win they managed to play well enough to convince folks that Coach Snow could have a highly competitive team. The Wolverines are young and have very few starters returning from last year’s team.

Most Holdenville Wolverine sports fans having been going through football withdrawals the past few weeks. The stands were full of Holdenville fans when the Wolverines played at Adair but now the time has come for basketball.
