Service to be held for Mary Kelley

Mary Margaret Kelley passed away Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 at her home in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 84.

Mary was born June 2nd, 1938 in Komiza, Yugoslavia to Ivan Mardesich and Maria (Ruskisch) Mardesich. Mary graduated from San Pedro High School in California. Mary married Frank Kelley in Long Beach, California on September 3, 1954. She worked as a Electronics Technician for Hughes Electronics. Mary was a member of St. Gregory’s Catholic Church in Shawnee, Red Hats, Pink Ladies and Rose Garden Club. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank Kelley, 2 sisters; Dorothy Hook, Katie Ripani and daughter-in-law Debbie Kelley. She is survived by her daughter Susan Kelly of Oklahoma City, son Frank Kelley Jr. of Shawnee, grandchildren; Aron Kelly, Ian Kelly, Evan Kelley, and Ellen Wheelwright. Mary is survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Aron Kelly, Ian Kelly, Evan Kelley, Carlos Ripani, Bryan Wheelwright and Mark Wehrenberg.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 27, 2023 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville.

Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hudson- Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
