Janett Lou Davis

Janett Lou Davis passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Janett was born February 19, 1935 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Jack Davis and Susie Davis.

Janett graduated from Holdenville High School. She worked at Southwestern Bell in Holdenville and transferred to Tulsa. She retired with AT&T phone company in Tulsa. Janett enjoyed listening to Creek Hymns.

Janett is preceded in death by her father and mother; siblings Clement, Robert, Florence, Nora, John Paul, and Paul John; and nephew PeeWee Bruner.

Janett is survived by her twin sister Janell Bruner of Tulsa; nieces, Francine Ivey of Ft Worth, Texas, and Suzanne Vanorsdol of Tulsa; great-nieces, Tiffany, Tarra, and Victoria; and great-nephew Timothy Vanorsdol. Janett is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 13 ^th , at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville, Oklahoma with Pastor Lance Ivey officiating assisted by Rev. Jimmy Anderson. Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery, Holdenville, Oklahoma. Pallbearers are Tim Vanorsdol, Phillip Marshall and Harry Bruner.
