The sun will shine less brightly without you in our lives, dearest Diane. We will remember you for your wit, independent spirit, kindness and fierce determination. Di set goals and achieved them with single-mindedness. In addition to Bachelor of Business Administration from UT Arlington, she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. After working in accounting and finance for 22 years, 10 as managing partner at Michael Motorcycle Salon, Di launched The Gray Crane consulting firm in 2020.

Following a diagnosis of autism by doctors at Embrace Autism, Di added mentoring/counseling to her professional skills and advocated for businesses that offered services tailored to the neurodivergent community. Her astute observations, attention to detail and talents as a financial guru greatly benefited many projects. Beloved wife of Everett Bradford, daughter of Lawrence Underhill (deceased) and Roxanne Terrell (Don), sister, Stephanie Edge (Justin) and brother, Matthew Underhill (Lindsay), Di’s extended family includes aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many others. Services: Saturday, Sept. 7, 10 a.m., at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, 301 E. Main St., Holdenville, Oklahoma. Di will be laid to rest in the Phillips family section of the town cemetery, alongside her grandmother Joy Cummings and great-grandparents Thomas R. and Aldene Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Di’s memory can be made to the Autism Society (https://autismsociety. org/donate/) with the option to notify her family (Thought-lessart@outlook. com).

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
