Wolverines Win!

Body
Wolverines Win! The Holdenville Wolverines ended the 2021 football season with a 27-0 victory over the Crooked Oak Rough Necks! The victory was a long time coming and needless to say the Wolverine faithful joined the players and coaches in a spirited post game celebration. Wolverine head coach, Thomas Walser , was awarded with a cold water cooler dosing as the players couldn’t resist an opportunity to empty a cooler full of ice water on the first year head coach.

Thomas hosts Dodge Ball Tournament “A good time was had by all’ would be a good way to describe a recent fund raiser at the Holdenville High School Gymnasium when Thomas Middle School held a dodge ball tournament. There were 76 students listed on the rosters of 11 teams that participated in a fun night of competition and when it was all over a team that labeled themselves as the Cocomelons won the championship.

Holdenville drops hard fought contest to CHA

Body
The final score (43-19) may not indicate a hard fought football game but if one considers the score was 14-12 at half-time it’s easier to put the game in perspective. Holdenville scored two touchdowns in the first half and Christian Heritage Academy (CHA) scored two.
