Body 1942 State Champions to be honored The date and time has been set for the recognition of the Wolverines 1942 state champion basketball squad. The recognition will be held at the state fairgrounds arena during the state tournament games on Friday.
The Wolverine of the Week honors and the Scholar Athlete of the Week honors go to the seniors that completed the basketball season. Emmy Mariot ,Liberty Jackson, Cheyanne Fixico, Laeh’Lah Bowen, Jessica Moore and Emma Factor have earned those honors by being leaders on the 2021-22 Wolverine basketball team and all of the girls are scheduled to graduate this spring.

Moss School to Host Donkey Basketball Game

Body New rodeo stars will be born during the wild and crazy “Dairyland Donkey Basketball Show” at Moss School Gymnasium on March 6, 2022 starting at 4:00 pm! It is basketball played on real, live donkeys and it will be wilder than a rodeo and funnier than a circus!

Body These four guys are the Wolverines of the Week! All four are senior members of the basketball team. The players tried hard and stuck it out to the end of the season.Although some received a considerable more playing time than others they were all Wolverines until the season’s end.

Former Holdenville High School all-state athlete

Body Former Holdenville High School all-state athlete, Emily Smith, is a member of the Northwestern Oklahoma University track team. Emily competed in the 60 meter hurdles at Wichita State University this last weekend and made into the finals.

Kaitlin Milligan Wins First Pro Tournament

Body This January, Kaitlin had her 1st professional win on the Cactus Tour at Sun City Country Club with a final score of -9, along with three additional top 5 finishes on the tour. Kaitlin placed 3rd at the Twin Bridges Championship Symetra Event in New York.
