In a recent court petition, a former Hughes County Jail inmate residing in Hughes County, Oklahoma, has brought a legal action against several officials and entities associated with the Hughes County Jail. The plaintiff alleges violations of his constitutional rights during his incarceration at the facility from June 2, 2021, to July 27, 2021.
