The Holdenville Wolverines earned the district championship trophy last Friday with a thrilling 22-15 win over the Davis Wolves. The Wolverines built a 22-0 lead in the first half and then held off a Wolves’ second half rally that brought Davis within a single score of tying the game.
Holdenville defensive back # 6, Kase Sipes, took the ball away from a Davis ball carrier and raced toward the goal line. Sipes also threw a touchdown pass to help the Wolverines defeat Davis 22-15.

Holdenville defeats Community Christian 22-3 The Holdenville Wolverines had a rough first quarter at Community Christian. The Royals dominated the time of possession because the Wolverines could only manage 5 plays to 23 for the Royals.
Holdenville running back # 11, Wyatt Seeley, races toward the end zone in the Wolverines’ 22-3 win over Community Christian. Seeley picked up 45 yards on the play and set up Holdenville’s second touchdown.

Holdenville defeats Dibble 3820 “ Keep your eye on the ball! Ball Movement! Get your head in the game! Wake up” These and other similar sayings have the same purpose - to force active, intelligent awareness of one’s surroundings and to keep from being lulled into complacency! One might say the Wolverines were lulled into complacency at Dibble. The Wolverines completely dominated Beggs the week before and had jumped out to a 24-0 lead in the first quarter at Dibble.
Holdenville kick-off return specialists, # 4, Mike Piza leads # 6, Kase Sipes on a kick-off return at Dibble. Holdenville won the game 38-20.

The football game between Holdenville and Beggs was supposed to be a nail biter! It was supposed to be a show down between two of the heavy weights in the district. But, that’s not what happened. Holdenville scored 34 points before Beggs could get untracked.

Wolverines thrash unbeaten Coalgate Holdenville High School’s 2024 Homecoming was successful in a multitude of ways! The Thursday night pep rally was good. Friday’s Homecoming Parade was one of the longest in the history of Holdenville Homecoming Parades.
