Lea Ellen Elliott passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Heritage Village Nursing Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 83.

Lea was born January 31, 1941 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Leon Carpenter and Thelma Kathryn (Blaylock) Harrison. Lea attended Holdenville Public School. She married Donald Elliott May 2, 2000 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Lea worked as a Home Health provider for many years. She loved cookouts with family. She enjoyed watching westerns and gardening.

Lea is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Raymond J.R. Wood, second husband Donald Elliott, grandson Douglas Wayne Hearod, siblings; Kathryn Harrison, Barbara Reeves, Robert S. Harrison and step father Samuel Harrison. She is survived by her children; Mary Watters and husband Don of Okemah, Sue Hearod and husband Doug of Holdenville, Raymond Joe Wood of Wewoka, Eugene Lay and wife Lynnette of Midwest City, Dale Lay of Lexington, David Wood and wife Mandy of Virginia, 16 grandchildren, numerous great and great-great-grandchildren, and brother Robert Harrison and wife Pat of Holdenville. Lea is survived by numerous other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are Nicholas Lay, Eugene Lay, Michael Hearod, Lonnie Dockery, Kobe Davidson, Timothy Wood. Honorary pallbearers are Joey Davidson, Donnie Watters, Doug Hearod and David Wood. Viewing will be 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 28, 2024 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Earl Scroggins officiating.

Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
