A GIFT TO

Body
From America’s earliest days, discerning citizens knew this nation had a unique purpose under God. Throughout history, there have been seasons when that spiritual foundation was renewed and strengthened - times referred to as the Great Awakenings. These were not merely emotional movements, but profound touches from God in the hearts of individuals that spilled over into families, communities, and institutions. Lives were changed, priorities were reordered, and a renewed sense of moral clarity took root.

Fruiting Vegetables Not Producing?

Body
Some home gardeners enjoy a bountiful vegetable harvest, while others see plenty of flowers but little to no fruit. If your fruiting vegetables aren’t producing as expected, several common factors could be at play: Excess Nitrogen Early On: Applying too much nitrogen fertilizer at the beginning of the season encourages leafy growth rather than fruit development. This delays flowering and reduces the plant’s energy for setting fruit.

WOLVERINES LOSE ONE OF THE BEST

A Tribute To Coach Butch Rawls

Body
During Coach Rawl’s first tenure as Head football Coach, Holdenville made the playoffs 7 of 9 seasons. During that span, Holdenville claimed state prominence. Players were interviewed by The Daily Oklahoman, and Coach Patterson said, “We became such a big deal that a couple of times news helicopters landed on the field.” Rawls led Holdenville to 2 of the school’s 3 undefeated, regular seasons. There are a whole bunch of schools that never get one of those. They claimed 2 district titles during this time, and they earned a trip to the Semi-finals in 1999. Coach Rawls ended that first term as HC with posting a season record of 9-4 and another quarter-finals appearance. He even coached the lauded Oil Bowl at the end of that season.
