Retirement Ceremony Honors Lt. Colonel Bill Wilkinson

Body Lt. Colonel Bill Wilkinson began his military career in 1985 when he joined the Wyoming Air National Guard and became a Medical Technician. Two years later he married his true love, Julie, who was a flight nurse in the 187 Aeromedical Evacuation Group along with him.
