Country Comments

Every time I turn on the news it seems they are talking about the price of gasoline. Yet, I see youngsters driving $100,000 pick-ups and families driving $100,000 cars. When I was a youngster, gas was around .20¢ a gallon. The sad thing is I didn’t have .20¢, but that was okay, because we didn’t have a car.
