HOLDENVILLE, OK - In a recent court case, the City of Holdenville was found liable for breach of contract in a small claims lawsuit filed by Kara Richardson, pool operator for the 2022 swim season. According to court documents, Richardson alleged that the city failed to fulfill its contractual obligations, resulting in financial losses and early closure of the pool.
