The pickup was traveling 44mph in a posted 25mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop which led to the discovery of 163lbs of illegally grown and illegally transported black market marijuana in the truck bed. The driver admitted to transporting illegal loads of marijuana “because it pays better than legal transports.”
