OHP seeks hit and run information

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers are searching for a suspect they said hit and killed a cyclist near Wetumka in Hughes County. Troopers said Glenn Herrod was riding his bicycle on State Highway 9 west of Wetumka when a driver hit him and left the scene.

Authorities said the collision occurred Saturday evening, August 8 between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Anyone with any information that might help is asked to call the Oklahoma Highway Patrol at 918-423-3636.
