OBN halts illegal marijuana operation in Hughes County

On June 18, 2026, OBN’s Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a Search Warrant at Snow Leopard Valley LLC (8420 Highway 9) in Wetumka, Oklahoma as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.

“During our investigation, we were able to determine the business has been operating with an OBN Registration obtained by fraud using a ‘straw ownership’ scheme,” according to agency PIO Mark Woodward.
