The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health will offer a community vaccination event at the Creek Nation Casino – Holdenville on Wednesday, May 26. Appointments will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The casino is located at 211 E. Willow.

Companies that remit more than $2,500 monthly in sales tax receipts are required to file and pay electronically. The Holdenville Animal Lover’s Organization (HALO) will be once again be hosting their annual fundraising “Spay-ghetti and No Balls” Dinner with Silent Auction on Friday, June 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. This is the organizations largest benefit of the year, and they are hoping for an exceptionally large turn out after the COVID-19 virus prevented last year’s event.
