This is definitely one area in which my friends, my co-workers and especially my family would wholeheartedly agree: I need help with organizing my texting skills. Organizing is probably not the correct word…probably get, obtain, learn, use and especially DON’T IGNORE!!! would be more appropriate.

Holdenville, Oklahoma - On the date of July 8, 2023, a terrifying incident occurred at in the city limits of Holdenville, Oklahoma. Jade Pace, a resident at the location, was subjected to a brutal assault and threats from her ex-boyfriend, Jerry Duane Conley.

The City of Holdenville has decided to enforce a euthanasia policy at the Holdenville Animal Shelter for all animals housed over thirty days. Kelly Smith of HALO pleaded with the council to give her 30 days to adopt out the 44 dogs that fit that criterion.

I saw several friends that I had not seen in a long time at the funeral service for Kevin Deere Thursday. One of them was Bruce Roberts. We not only went to school together, but we served in the National Guard together. Bruce and Vicky are longtime friends.

It seems it was just a few days ago when the Wolverine faithfuls gathered in the First Baptist Activity Center to heap accolades on the sports heroes of the 2022-2023 sports seasons. Proper homage was paid to the athletes who made sports history! There were many, many comments and well deserved complements that filled the evening! The Wolverine Sports Banquet closed the book on the 2022-2023 season and the preparations began for the future.
