Wolverine softball is progressing The heat of Oklahoma sunshine hasn’t kept up with the rest of the nation but it’s been plenty hot. Holdenville hasn’t baked in the 100 degree summer heat as much as the folks in Arizona but it’s still hot! Holdenville High School softball coach, Angel Johnson, understands the summer heat and is well aware that nature could turn up the thermostat at anytime and the Wolverine skipper has been preparing her squad for what could be a very toasty August.
Former Holdenville standout, Brooklyn Brown, was back on the Hoover Softball Field this past week to lend assistance to Wolverine coaching staff. Brooklyn helped Coach Angel Johnson put the team through several fundamental drills. G.O.A.T.
