HOLDENVILLE RECEIVES $1.7 MILLION GRANT

Holdenville’s infrastructure is about to get a major boost, thanks to a $1.7 million grant that will fund essential repairs and upgrades to the city’s water and wastewater systems. The grant, discussed at the recent Holdenville Public Works meeting, will be used to replace aging valves and fire hydrants, as well as repair several key lift stations, including those servicing Tyson facilities and also the building left vacant by Department of Human Services (DHS) recently purchased by Creek Nation.
