Body The Oklahoma Department of Corrections announced that the Davis Correctional Facility in Holdenville, Okla., will be renamed to honor a fallen correctional officer. Beginning October 1st, the prison will be known as the Allen Gamble Correctional Center.

Body The Holdenville Lions Club began our 2023-2024 year on Sept. 5, 2023. The meeting was held at Wes Watkins Technology Center in Wetumka. The fish fry was first on the agenda and was a delicious way to start the year.
