Body I received a letter from my lifelong friend, Don Self, recently. I thought so much of his parents, the late Charlie and Lanell Self. They were not only great teachers but two of the finest Christians I have ever known.

Body District Champions The Holdenville High School girls finished a good week of basketball by whipping the Henryetta Knights by a score of 61-31. The win secured a district championship for the ladies and propelled the Wolverines into the winner’s bracket of the Regionals!

Body Phillis Theresa James passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age 73.
