The United States is at crisis level on the amount of stray dogs and cats all across the nation. All rescues are full. HALO was unable to transport any in November to Iowa because there was no room. All of this is caused by people not spaying and neutering their dogs. The Holdenville Animal Shelter is way past capacity.
