Body Jordan Heath Carlton, 34, of Dallas, Texas was born on April 28, 1986 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He passed away on August 17th, 2020 at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. After 14 months of a heroic battle, he succumbed to his injuries.
