Robert Ray Simmons was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, on October 11, 1932. He went to his heavenly home at the age of 91 on July 5, 2024. Robert married the love of his life, Mae Simmons, on December 21, 1954, and they enjoyed 69 wonderful years together.

Philip Lee Sharp passed away on June 10, 2024, at his home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 78. He was born on June 6, 1946, to Donald Francis Sharp and Margaret Edeen (Springs) Sharp in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was raised in Holdenville and graduated from Holdenville High School in 1964. He continued his education at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton. In 1966, he joined the Oklahoma Army National Guard and served for eleven years.

Jon William Foster passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 50. Jon was born March 24, 1974 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to William Bruce Foster and “Judy” Judith Pettit Foster.

Pedro Meneses passed away Thursday, June 6th, 2024 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 78. Pedro was born August 12th, 1945 in Gerrero, Mexico to Luis Meneses and Victoria (Salgado) Meneses.

Herman “Paul” Dean passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at his home in Yeager, Oklahoma, at the age of 88. Paul was born on September 18, 1935, in Yeager, to Clifford and Roberta (Johnson) Dean. He attended elementary and high school in Yeager.

Ava Lynn Sawyer, 73, of Ada, passed away on May 19, 2024, at her home in Ada. Ava was born on May 19, 1951 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to her parents Alvin and Agnes( Hampton) Orr.

Edna Frances Carter (September 11, 1930-May 9, 2024) was born just north of Prague Oklahoma to Kurt J. and Frances Brauer. Edna attended a small elementary school in the country before graduating from Prague High School in 1947.
