Faith FWB Church News

Church News Never put a period on the sentence of Your Spiritual life. A period isn›t the only danger to our continued Spiritual growth; there is the danger of pausing, as well. The Christian life is not a hobby or a job from which we can take a vacation. It is the source of our lives. Growth is a natural process. Plants and animals don’t pause their physical growth, and we can’t either. Neither can we pause our Spiritual growth and remain healthy. The Bible says we are in the process of being transformed into the image of CHRIST (Romans 8:29 - For whom HE did foreknow, HE also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of HIS SON, that HE might be the firstborn among many brethren.”) Either we are moving forward or backward. It is a great temptation to coast in the Christian life - Discover a fresh fire; this is not just a message for senior citizens but for folks who have been walking with CHRIST for a long time. All of us, young or old in years in the LORD, can find ourselves in need of fanning the fire of our faith. Stir up your fire! Fan the flame of the Spirit who lives in you! Don’t depend on yesterday’s faith to meet tomorrow’s challenges. What brought you to CHRIST here will not take you there. Wake up and serve the LORD cause the time of HIS COMING is growing closer every day.
