What started with an minor water leak on 13 Street and North Bullitt became the start of a major crisis faced by the City of Holdenville. A 2 inch water line break at 13th and North Bullitt caused major obstacles in travel down North Hinckley between 12th Street and 13th Street when it turned to frozen sheets of ice down 12th and across Hinckley over Valentine’s Day weekend.
