Student assaults teacher in HJHS classroom

A Holdenville teacher recently resigned after a confrontation with a student which was captured on video.

Diane Bennett -- after teaching at Holdenville Schools for 23 years -- submitted a letter of resignation to the Holdenville School Board after the incident, and it was accepted at an April 19 special meeting.
