The Community Angels will be holding their Bazaar on November 17 from 7:00 am until 2:00 p.m. at the American Legion Building on East Main in Holdenville. Holdenville, OK – In a proactive move towards disaster preparedness, Lori Beth Marshall, a dedicated contractor employed by Hughes County, recently convened with key figures in the region. Among those present were Holdenville School Superintendent Randy Davenport, East Central Oklahoma Family Health Center CEO, Donna Dyer, and also Blake Enos, Local Emergency Response Specialist with the Oklahoma State Department of Health. The meeting, coordinated by Hughes County Emergency Manager Mike Dockrey, focused on formulating a comprehensive hazard mitigation plan for the county.
