Body Wolverines down Wewoka 72-61 The Holdenville High School girls’ basketball squad traveled to Wewoka and defeated the Tigers 71-62. Holdenville took command early in the contest and amassed a 19 point first quarter lead before the Tigers could get going.

Body Billy W. Jay passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 in Holdenville, OK. Services will be held Thursday, February 11 at 1:00pm in the Lillye Chapel of Fisher Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Holdenville Cemetery. Full obituary next week.

Body Sandra Lynn (Palmer) Carlin, 52, of Holdenville, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, January 10th, 2021 at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada. Sandra, lovingly known as Sandy, was born in Claremore, Oklahoma to Nettie Thompson and Louis Palmer Sr. on March 24th, 1968.
