The Oklahoma Blood Institute (OBI) Bloodmobile will soon be returning to Holdenville, setting up at the Holdenville General Hospital from 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. August 10 and at the First National Bank and Trust from 9 a.m.– 12:15 p.m. August 13.
The Holdenville Water Department crew tackled yet another large water line leak last week. Mayor John Massad explains that the leak was in a water line on Kelkar Street that was next to another recent patch that was visible when they began the repair, and close to yet another, earlier repair.
Holdenville Public Schools will be moving the start of school from August 13, 2020 to August 20, 2020 to ensure all safety measures are in place and allow staff to prepare for any virtual learning for the upcoming school year.
Nancy Blaylock passed away at her home in Holdenville, Oklahoma on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at the age of 66 years. Nancy was the daughter of Arthur & Mildred Jones, born on July 2, 1954, in Morristown, New Jersey.
