MUSCOGEE NATION TAKES CONTROL OF HOLDENVILLE CREEK INDIAN COMMUNITY AMID ELECTION DISPUTE

HOLDENVILLE – Holdenville Creek Indian Community (HCIC) operations are now under the control of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Executive Order No. 26-03, released on Monday, Oct. 5, states that the Nation will assume authority over the HCIC until the community’s executive board is elected.
