    On Friday, March 6, Mrs. Jackie Keesee was awarded the OERB Top Teacher Award at the Moss Elementary Rise & Shine Awards Ceremony. This is an award that you must be nominated for, as well as meet specific criteria as an educator, in order to be selected by the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board.
