Oleta Jewel Smith, 92, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2023. Oleta recently lived in Piedmont, OK but lived in Muskogee from 1966 to 2021. She was born November 2, 1931 in Spaulding, Oklahoma to Harve Hilton Whaley and Beulah Lucas Whaley.
