SERVICES HELD FOR RICHARD TIGER

Richard Tiger passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Friday, September 9, 2022, at the age of 54 years.

Richard was the son of Kenneth and Virginia ‘Butch’ (Davis) Tiger, born on May 3, 1968, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He was brought up in the Shawnee area and attended North Rock Creek and Meeker schools. He earned his GED and worked in construction. He has made his home in Wetumka for more than twenty years. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music of all kinds, and watching sports especially OU sports, and his favorite was OU football. He loved spending time with his grandsons.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Virginia ‘Butch’ Tiger, and one brother, Kenneth ‘June Bug’ Tiger Jr.

He is survived by five children: Travis Tiger, Shae Tiger, Kristi Tiger, Troy Tiger, and Trent Tiger, all of Wetumka; three grandsons, Cvto Tiger, Alexander Tiger, and Carter Tiger; the mother of his children, Paula Postoak of Wetumka; two sisters, Mary ‘Lou’ Gutierrez of McAlester, and Tracy and Tony Williams of Dallas, Texas; one brother, Darrell ‘Tuffy’ Tiger of Okemah; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, other relatives, and many friends.

Graveside services were held on Tuesday, September 13th, 2:30pm at the Davis Family Cemetery in Sasakwa, withRev.DannyFaulkner officiating. Pallbearers were Richard’s sons and brother. www.fisherfh. net
