Enrollment in the 2020-2021 4-H program is open for Hughes County students, and anyone interested in joining is encouraged to visit the 4honline. com website and sign up. Previously enrolled members should log in to their account to renew their membership using the same email and password to login as previous years, using the “forgot password” option if needed. Should a student forget the email they used, they can call the Hughes County OSU extension office at (405) 379-5470 for assistance.

Students must be at least 8 years old and attending 3 rd grade by September 1 to be eligible for this program. New members that have never been enrolled must complete a two-step process that includes creating a family profile and then add the individual members.

Enrollment fees are payable by debit cards, credit cards, cash, or check. Enrollees have 30 days after the application process is finished to complete payment. If payment is not received in 30 days the enrollment will be deleted and a students will have to resubmit their information.

Families with more than three members enrolled will pay a maximum of $60. To make this arrangement, the family should call the office before submitting the payment.

It is strongly recommended that each student complete an online medical form. If not, the student will have to fill out a paper form each time they participate in an event.

The extension.okstate.edu/county/hughes/4-h.html website explains the mission of the 4-H Youth Development Program is to provide Oklahoma youth, families, and communities with educational programs which will create environments for diverse audiences of youth and adults to reach their fullest potential by developing and enhancing skills for living.
