HOLDENVILLE TO USE REAP GRANT FOR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Holdenville, OK- In a recent City Council meeting, the City of Holdenville announced the unearthing of an unused Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) Grant totaling $49,000 in the city’s account.
