A driver has died following a single-vehicle crash in Hughes County.David Fisher, 43, of Allen, Oklahoma, was identified by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol as the victim of the crash.OHP says the crash happened on OK-48 just past midnight early Thursday morning, when Fisher struck a cow in the road.According to OHP, no one else was involved in the wreck....
