Maybe it is time for school to be out or maybe it’s just that time of the year.

It couldn’t possibly be that some of us are getting a little older. But anyway, Al Wilburn, who doesn’t seem to have a problem with either one, nevertheless has some suggestions on how to imthe quality of our lives.
