Robbie and Jerrie Lindsey were married on Saturday, August 10, 1974 in Kansas City, Kansas where Jerrie lived at the time. They had met during band camp for the Pride of Oklahoma in August, 1973.
It’s February Again February just kinda sneaks up on us and I know it seems like it will last forever. That may be part of the reason “they” chopped off a few days to reduce the time we have to wait on Spring. The good memories I have of my brother Gerald and me enjoying those days may have to do with those times we grabbed our .22s and headed for the woods. He loved to head for the Buck Creek Bottoms on days like this and, of course, so did I.
A number of years ago, in a small town not far away, our family had the good fortune to attend a small country church. At the time, our congregation met in a 100-year-old church building located in a cow pasture out in the country.
Chris Alan Sullins passed away February 2nd, 2025 at his home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 75. Chris was born in Watonga, Oklahoma to Wayne (Pinky) Alfred Sullins and Mary Anna (Cozart) Sullins.
