Citizen of the Week

Body
Kelly Booth Smith has been a central part of this community since we can remember. You may know her as the owner/agent of Jack W. Booth Insurance, or the town’s lead Halo advocate for dog and cat rescue, or just as a dear friend, but however you may know her, one thing is sure: she gives more to our community in a week than most people give in a lifetime. It is our honor to name this wonderful, selfless person as our Citizen of the Week.
